The house, "Oceano", sits on the beach and consists of two buildings and a caretaker's house, totalling 4500 square feet on over half an acre of palm trees! It used to be a Bed & Breakfast so there is ample space! There is parking for 10 cars and we have two caretakers.
There is a large pool with a great charcoal barbeque under a large lanai where you can prepare what you picked up at the fishing docks.
Puntarenas is known to have the most beautiful sunsets in Costa Rica, enjoy.
