Location
Located in the up market suburb of San Antonio de Belen, just minutes fron Santa Ana and Escazu ( The Beverly Hills of Costa Rica), is La Ribera Plaza. Our bar is one of about 100 business in the plaza including restaurants, cafes, boutiques and other bars. The Plaza is central to many of San Jose’s most exclusive and expensive suburbs and many of the nearby residents come to La Ribera for lunch , dinner, and to shop at the super market also located in the plaza. With a prime position at the entrance to the plaza, our building has the benefit of visibility to both the foot traffic entering the plaza and the cars passing by on the busy main street. Inside the plaza there is secure parking for over 200 cars and traffic is regulated by parking assistants and 24 hour security guards.

MAX capacity 150.
If you were to utilize the outdoor area you could seat a further 30.
Total floor space of Aproxx. 250sm. Consist of 10 rooms, they are:
- Main Bar area- Arte deco style with burgundy walls, tropical plants and luxurious sofas.
- Japanese rooms- Samurai and Geisha wall paper wall paper, built in seating and paper lanterns.
- Moroccan Room- Candles. Brightly colored cushions and drapery ceiling.
- Aquatic Room- A huge mosaic mirror wall, stage for live music and dance floor.
- VIP- Black and yellow Retro VIP room upstairs looks out onto the stage.
- Kitchen- Fully equipped with industrial freezer, refrigerator, gas burners, griddle, fryer, microwave, and canopy,etc.etc
- Men bathroom.
- Ladies bathroom.
- Office
- Private office bathroom.
Reality TV series.
Kashimir Cocktail Lounge was built and opened as part of a reality TV series called ¨No way San Jose¨, which will be sreened around the world late next year .
This will only increases as more people hear about the bar and when the TV series goes to air next year.
Menu
We serve finger foods including Buffalo wings, Chinese dumplings, satay kababs, tandori chicken, breads and dips etc. plus a wide selection of exotics cocktails, beer, spirits, and wines.
Staff
We have 7 full time staff and further 5 casual staff.
Our Head Bartender Brian is a talented Flare Bartender and puts on a nightly fire show where he juggles bottles, performs magic tricks and blows fire much to the entertainment of our patrons.
In the event of a sale, many of our staff are interested in statying on board with the new owner.
