This Condominiums are well kept and are in a great location. The grounds are colorful and well groomed. The entrance is on the East side of the main road "Calle Pas Diaz" in Jaco beach. The complex is gated and is manned 24 hours. there is a large common area that includes two pools and a Jacuzzi. They are clean and well maintained. The layout is court style and the one way street travels . JUST ONE BLOCK FROM THE BEACH, SHOPS, BARS & RESTAURANTS YOU WONT NEED A TAXI TO ENJOY YOUR BUDGET VACATIONS IN JACO.

· C4 – 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed that has a full size on the bottom. 4 or 5 recommended but 6 is the max.

· T- 49 – Duplex with 2 bedrooms + loft. 2 queen beds, 2 bunk beds and sofa bed. I recommend 9 max but they can have more. They also allow small pets.
